Mark D. Lentz, DMD

Dr. Mark Lentz was born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. His undergraduate degree was in chemistry from the Pennsylvania State University, and he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He continued his training to complete a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration, Pittsburgh Healthcare System. He subsequently returned to the University of Pittsburgh for his specialty training in endodontics.
Dr. Lentz also presented original research at the annual session of the American Association of Endodontists regarding the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth. Within one year after completion of his endodontic residency, Dr. Lentz successfully achieved the prestigious Board Certification status of Diplomate. He previously practiced as a general dentist in Pennsylvania and as an endodontist in New York.
Dr. Lentz is married and has one daughter.
